TLR Series Vulcanised Tubeless Ready with Nylon Superlight casing

• Vulcanised tyres made from natural rubber offer excellent value for money and high durability, albeit at the expense of comfort and performance.
• Nylon is a carcass braid available in three main thread counts – 33, 60 and 120 TPI (threads per inch) – and is wound around a steel or aramid bead. The nylon plait is dipped in a bath of butyl rubber and then calendered between large steel rollers to produce the finished carcass. In bicycle tyres, nylon offers excellent value for money due to its low price and comparatively simple processing.

• Perfectly suited for use with tubeless systems: no inner tube, strong puncture protection and high efficiency.

Vulcanised synthetic rubber

• To combine a long service life with good riding characteristics, synthetic rubber is boiled and hardened. The result is Challenge’s Vulcanized Clincher range: smooth-rolling tyres with high grip and good comfort at an affordable price.
