The specially developed herringbone tread pattern ensures secure grip, even under extreme conditions. Its flexible construction reduces rolling resistance, whilst the reinforced puncture protection reliably fends off sharp gravel and pointed cobblestones. Tested on the legendary cobbles of Roubaix, developed for the toughest racing conditions worldwide.

Vittoria Cotton Corespun Tyre Casing:

As a material, cotton helps to reduce the weight of the casing whilst offering high protection and grip. To increase the overall strength of the tyre, Vittoria uses Corespun yarn, a special type of yarn consisting of cotton and aramid fibres. The Corespun casing consists of super-fine poly-cotton threads. These threads have a polyester core which is woven with cotton. This dense fabric is then coated with latex. The carcass, with a thread density of 320 tpi, is currently the most advanced poly-cotton carcass in the tyre industry. It consists of new, even finer and more tear-resistant threads that do not require Kevlar additives, allowing the supple and elastic properties of the cotton to come into their own.
