DT Swiss 350 Disc Hub Wheel Set plus Stans ZTR Crest
The lightweight and fast 27.5-inch wheelset for gravel riding, featuring the new robust DT Swiss 350Classic J Bend hubs and the 374-gram Stans Notube ZTR Crest MK4 rims with a 25 mm rim width, recommended for tyre widths of 35–60 mm.
We offer the rear wheels in this wheelset with freehub bodies for Campagnolo ED + N3W, Shimano HG11 + HG10 + Micro Spline, and SRAM XDR + XD cassettes. The DT Swiss 350 Classic hubs are available as thru-axle versions, including Boost, and as quick-release versions. Optionally with 6-bolt disc or Centerlock brake disc mounts
Stans NoTubes ZTR Crest MK4
The legendary Crest is now even better. With a wider rim width and the tried-and-tested low BST rim bed, the new Crest MK4 rim features a 25 mm rim width. Thanks to the WideRight System introduced by Stans NoTubes, the rim width increases to 25 millimetres, providing even better tyre support and full volume development. Inspired by Stans carbon rims, the new rim profile, combined with the new 6069 aluminium alloy, increases lateral stiffness and impact resistance, whilst reducing the risk of snake bites.
Wheel building at TNC-Hamburg:
We hand-build these wheels exclusively for you. Thanks to over 30 years’ experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in concentricity, durability and stiffness from the material. These wheels are, of course, tested multiple times; we also pre-load the spokes in both the radial and tangential directions. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period. We use DT Swiss spokes exclusively. These ensure outstanding durability of the wheels. For enduro use, we recommend brass nipples.
These wheelsets are custom-made for you, which is why we cannot offer a right of withdrawal for them. Please feel free to enquire about other wheel set configurations. We will then send you a quote.

Hubs: DT Swiss 350 Classic Disc
The new DT 350 Classic hubs feature the new Ratchet SL freehub body system with 36 teeth. With the 350 Classic hubs, DT Swiss offers affordable, high-quality hubs. From road bike to downhill versions, the 350 series is designed for maximum durability. Equipped with high-quality seals and bearings, this is the choice if you’re looking for hubs for long-lasting, low-maintenance wheelsets. The DT 350 rear hubs are also fitted with DT’s patented Ratchet Star freehub system. Two toothed discs mesh together to guarantee loss-free power transmission. Thanks to the raised hub flanges, the DT Swiss 350 hubs provide wheelsets with excellent lateral stiffness and durability.
DT Competition spokes:
The double cold-forged spoke made from rust-resistant 18/10 chrome-nickel steel with a tapered middle section for robust, lightweight wheels. We recommend these spokes for virtually all wheels. Extremely durable and sufficiently lightweight, DT Competition spokes enable wheel building of the highest standard. Thanks to the tapered middle section, the spokes absorb movements in the wheel exceptionally well, without compromising on lateral stiffness or durability. Weight with nipple approx. 7 grams
DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes:
Designed for stable, laterally stiff yet aerodynamic wheelsets, the DT Swiss Aero Comp spoke (straight-pull version) is first cold-forged in the middle section, making it lighter and stronger. In a further complex process, it is flat-forged to optimise aerodynamic properties whilst simultaneously increasing material strength. The DT Aero Comp guarantees a balanced ratio of stiffness, aerodynamics and durability.
DT Swiss Aero Lite spokes:
The DT Swiss Aerolite spoke is flatter and lighter than any other; the DT Swiss Aerolite spoke features an aerodynamic flat profile and is extremely lightweight. Thanks to the 0.9 x 2.3 mm aerodynamic mid-section, this spoke can be fitted to all standard hubs. The Cold Forging Technology (CFT) developed by DT Swiss makes the reduced and forged DT Aerolite the lightest stainless steel spoke and gives it excellent mechanical properties. Particularly suitable for super-light and fast road or cross-country wheelsets. 64 DT Aerolite spokes weigh just an incredible 278 g at a length of 264 mm. Weight per spoke at a length of 264 mm: 4.31 grams
DT Squorx spoke nipples:
The DT Swiss Squorx Pro Head nipple combines ease of installation with light weight thanks to the DT Pro Head shape, combined with an additional Torx and square tool socket. The Torx socket provides a larger contact area during wheel building, ensuring that the force from the tool is better distributed across the nipple. The spherical contact area within the rim guarantees perfect alignment with the spoke.
