DT Swiss E 1900 Spline wheelset

The affordable freeride and enduro wheels, DT Swiss E 1900 Spline 30, now with 35 mm wide rims. Thanks to the DT Swiss hubs with Swiss precision ball bearings and the lightweight, high-strength rims, the E 1900 wheels offer high stability combined with a good weight-to-strength ratio. Built for tough enduro use, tyres up to 3.0” wide can be fitted. The legendary reliability of the DT Swiss hubs and the straight-pull lacing ensure long-lasting riding enjoyment.

DT Swiss 1900 Spline Hubs:

The DT Swiss straight-pull hub shells on the Spline wheelsets require minimal material, allowing them to be constructed to be lightweight yet stable. With the optimised hub body, specifically designed for extreme braking forces, and the reinforced flange, DT Swiss provides the perfect foundation for extra-stable wheelsets. The hubs on the Spline wheelsets feature a Centerlock brake disc mount.

The DT Swiss 1900 Spline hubs can be converted to fit all standard mountings using end stops; the front hubs are designed for 15 mm thru-axles and can be converted to a 9x100 mm quick-release mount. The rear hubs can be converted to 10x135mm quick-release mounts, 10x135mm thru-bolt, 12x135mm and 12x142mm thru-axle mounts. DT Swiss Pawl Freehub Body:

The Pawl freehub bodies, featuring the robust 3-pawl locking system, ensure efficient and smooth power transfer. Thanks to the tool-free design of DT Swiss rear hubs, they can be serviced and converted without tools. The Pawl freehub bodies are available as HG10 for Shimano and SRAM 8–10-speed and Shimano 11-speed MTB cassettes. Please note that the HG10 freehub bodies are not compatible with 11-speed road bike cassettes. Additionally, the XD11 pawl freehub body is available only for SRAM 11-speed XG MTB cassettes

DT Swiss E 1900 Spline rims:

Built for tough freeride and enduro use, the DT Swiss E 1900 rims with a 30 mm rim width offer maximum stability at a low weight. Designed for tyres from 2.2 to 3.0 inches wide, thanks to new, extra-sturdy rim spokes, the DT Swiss Spline rims are ideally suited for upgrading with a tubeless kit. DT Swiss Champion Straight Pull Spokes:

To achieve a good balance between weight and stability, Champion straight-pull spokes are used in Spline wheelsets. They are more stable than conventional spokes yet can still be trued and replaced using standard tools. The straight-pull lacing allows for precise placement and alignment of the spokes. This optimises wheel stiffness and eliminates any unwanted stress peaks.
