DT Swiss E 1900 Spline wheel

The affordable freeride and enduro wheelsets, DT Swiss E 1900 Spline 30, in the new version featuring the Ratchet LN freehub system. Thanks to the DT Swiss hubs with Swiss precision ball bearings and the lightweight, high-strength rims, the E 1900 wheelsets offer high stability combined with a favourable weight. Built for tough enduro use, tyres up to 3.0” wide can be fitted. The legendary reliability of DT Swiss hubs and straight-pull lacing ensure long-lasting riding enjoyment. Approved for a system weight of up to 130 kg

DT Swiss 1900 Spline hubs:

The DT Swiss straight-pull hub shells of the Spline wheelsets require minimal material, allowing them to be constructed to be lightweight yet stable. With the optimised hub body, specifically designed for extreme braking forces, and the reinforced flange, DT Swiss provides the perfect foundation for extra-stable wheelsets. The hubs on the Spline wheelsets feature a Centerlock brake disc mount; adapters for 6-bolt disc brake discs are included in the scope of delivery.

Boost hub standard:

The thru-axle standard requires new hubs. The wider hub shell with the flanges positioned further out allows for wheelsets with greater lateral stiffness. On Boost 1 hubs, the brake disc mount is also positioned further out. Consequently, these hubs cannot be fitted to frames with the narrower mounting dimension.

DT Swiss Ratchet LN freehub body:

The tried-and-tested DT Swiss Star Ratchet LN system with the toothed freehub body allows for easy conversion to various axle or rotor standards. The DT Swiss Ratchet LN rear hubs can be easily converted to fit standard mounts.

DT Swiss E 1900 Spline rims:

Built for tough freeride and enduro use, the DT Swiss E 1900 rims with a 30 mm rim width offer maximum stability combined with low weight. Designed for tyres from 2.2 to 3.0 inches wide, thanks to new, extra-sturdy rim spokes, the DT Swiss Spline rims are ideally suited for upgrading with a tubeless kit. Tubeless rim tape and valve are included

DT Swiss Champion Straight Pull Spokes:

To achieve a good balance between weight and stability, Champion straight-pull spokes are used in Spline wheelsets. They are more stable than conventional spokes yet can still be trued and replaced using standard tools. The straight-pull lacing pattern allows for precise placement and alignment of the spokes. This optimises wheel stiffness and eliminates any unwanted stress peaks.
