We manufacture these wheels entirely by hand for you. Thanks to more than 30 years’ experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in concentricity, durability and stiffness from the materials. These wheels are, of course, tested multiple times for truing, and we also pre-load the spokes in the longitudinal direction. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period of time.

These wheels are made to order specifically for you, which is why we cannot offer a right of return for them. This item is not eligible for a discount.

With the DT Swiss 240 EXP hubs, the Swiss revolutionised lightweight hub construction years ago. Minimal weight combined with extremely good durability is something of a rarity, particularly in hub construction. The ‘S’ in the DT Swiss 240 EXP hubs stands for the stainless steel ball bearings

DT Swiss EX 471 rim

The lightweight 30 mm wide Enduro rim from DT Swiss, the EX 471. Designed for wide Enduro tyres, the DT EX 471 rim offers very high stability with a pleasingly low weight of just 475 grams. Thanks to extensive FEM analyses, DT Swiss EX 471 rims feature material only where it is actually needed. These rims are supplied with special DT Squorx Pro Head nipples and PHR washers and must only be laced using these nipples. With the wide EX 471 rim, DT Swiss offers a rim for stable and lightweight Enduro wheelsets. Cleanly finished, with a welded joint and stainless steel eyelets, the DT Swiss EX 471 strikes the perfect balance between low weight and high stability.
