DT Swiss 350 Disc Hub Wheel Set plus FR 560 Rim

The extra-sturdy 26-inch wheelset featuring the new DT Swiss 350 hubs for tough MTB, enduro and freeride use. The new robust DT Swiss 350 Classic hubs with the Ratchet SL system and DT Swiss FR 560 rims. Approved for a system weight of 140 kg yet still lightweight, from approx. 1620 grams.

We offer the wheelsets with freehub bodies for Shimano HG, SRAM XD and Shimano Microspline cassettes. The hubs are available in all standard mounting widths, from quick-release to Super Boost thru-axle.

DT Swiss FR 560 rim

The freeride and downhill rim from DT Swiss. The DT FR 560 was developed for the nastiest rock fields, roughest root carpets and the steepest landings. With the FR 560 rim, DT Swiss offers an extremely stable and very wide rim with a 30 mm rim width for tough freeride and downhill use. Cleanly finished, with a welded rim joint, the DT Swiss FR rim offers outstanding strength. Troy Brosnan, Aaron Gwin and Brendan Fairclough, the fastest downhill riders with the most style, ride the FR 560. Approved by DT Swiss for a system weight of 140 kg.

Wheel building at TNC-Hamburg:

We manufacture these wheels entirely by hand for you. Thanks to more than 30 years of experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in concentricity, durability and stiffness from the material. These wheels are, of course, tested multiple times; we also pre-load the spokes in both the radial and lateral directions. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period of time.

Hubs: DT Swiss 350 Classic Disc 6-hole

With the 350 hubs, DT Swiss offers affordable, high-quality hubs. From road bike to downhill versions, the 350 hub range is designed for maximum durability. Equipped with high-quality seals and bearings, this is the choice if you are looking for hubs for durable, low-maintenance wheelsets. The DT 350 rear hubs are also fitted with DT’s patented Ratchet Star SL freehub system. Two 36-tooth discs mesh together to guarantee loss-free power transmission. Thanks to the raised hub flanges, the DT Swiss 350 hubs provide wheelsets with excellent lateral stiffness and durability.

The DT Swiss 350 hubs are available in both thru-axle and quick-release versions. The front hub is also available with a DH 20x110mm thru-axle mount. For the front hubs, only the QR 15x100 mm hubs can be converted; the rear hubs can be converted to fit all standard axle standards, except Boost and 150/157 mm installation widths. Different hub bodies are required for these. A list of conversion options for axle standards and freehub bodies can be found further down in the product description.

DT Competition spokes:

The double cold-forged spoke made from rust-resistant 18/10 chrome-nickel steel with a tapered middle section for robust, lightweight wheels. We recommend these spokes for virtually all wheels. Extremely durable and sufficiently lightweight, DT Competition spokes enable wheel building at the highest level. Thanks to the tapered middle section, the spokes absorb movement in the wheel exceptionally well, without compromising on lateral stiffness or durability. Weight with nipple approx. 7 grams
