27.5-inch wheel DT Swiss 350

The rear wheel featuring DT Swiss 350 Classic hubs, Disc Centerlock or Disc 6-hole, and tubeless-ready rims from DT Swiss. Hand-built in our specialist workshop.

We offer these wheelsets with freehub bodies for Shimano HG, Sram XD and Shimano Microspline cassettes. The hubs are available in all standard mounting widths, from 10x135 mm quick-release to Super Boost 12x157 mm thru-axle.

Wheel building at TNC-Hamburg:

We manufacture these wheels entirely by hand for you. Thanks to more than 30 years of experience in wheel building, we get the very best in roundness, durability and stiffness out of the material. These wheels are, of course, pressure-tested multiple times, and we also pre-load the spokes in both the radial and lateral directions. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period of time.

DT Swiss tubeless-ready rims:

The new generation of DT Swiss rims, featuring an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio and a new rim design. These rims are supplied with DT Squorx Pro Head nipples and must only be laced using these nipples and washers. The DT Swiss XR 331, XM 401 and EX 475 rims are equipped with specially adapted rim flanges for tubeless tape and can be easily upgraded to lightweight tubeless rims using DT Swiss tubeless tape

DT Competition spokes:

The double cold-forged spoke made from rust-resistant 18/10 chrome-nickel steel with a tapered middle section for robust, lightweight wheelsets. We recommend these spokes for virtually all wheelsets. Extremely durable and sufficiently lightweight, the DT Competition spokes enable wheel building of the highest standard. Thanks to the tapered section, the spokes absorb movements in the wheel exceptionally well, without compromising on lateral stiffness or durability. Weight with nipple approx. 7 grams

DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes:

Designed for stable, laterally stiff yet aerodynamic wheelsets, the DT Swiss Aero Comp spoke in the straight-pull version is first cold-forged in the middle section, making it lighter and stronger. In a further complex process, it is flat-forged to optimise aerodynamic properties whilst simultaneously increasing material strength. The DT Aero Comp guarantees a balanced combination of stiffness, aerodynamics and durability.

DT Swiss Aero Lite spokes:

The DT Swiss Aerolite spoke is flatter and lighter than any other; the DT Swiss Aerolite spoke features an aerodynamic flat profile and is extremely lightweight. Thanks to the 0.9 x 2.3 mm aerodynamic mid-section, this spoke can be fitted to all standard hubs. The Cold Forging Technology (CFT) developed by DT Swiss makes the reduced and forged DT Aerolite the lightest stainless steel spoke and gives it excellent mechanical properties. Particularly suitable for super-light and fast road or cross-country wheelsets. 64 DT Aerolite spokes weigh an incredible 278 g at a length of 264 mm. Weight per spoke at a length of 264 mm: 4.31 grams
