The Enduro, Trail and All Mountain 29-inch wheelset featuring the new DT Swiss 350 er hubs and e*thirteen Grappler Enduro rims with a 30 mm rim width. The new robust DT Swiss 350 Classic hubs with the Ratchet SL system are rated for a system weight of 140 kg yet remain lightweight

We offer the wheelsets with freehub bodies for Shimano HG, SRAM XD and Shimano Microspline cassettes. The hubs are available in all standard mounting widths, from quick-release to Super Boost thru-axle.

Wheel building at TNC-Hamburg:

We hand-build these wheels exclusively for you. Thanks to over 30 years’ experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in concentricity, durability and stiffness from the materials. These wheels are, of course, tested multiple times; we also pre-load the spokes in both the radial and lateral directions. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period. We use DT Swiss spokes exclusively. These ensure outstanding durability of the wheelsets. For enduro use, we recommend brass nipples.

Hubs: DT Swiss 350 Classic Disc 6-hole

With the 350 hubs, DT Swiss offers affordable, high-quality hubs. From road bike to downhill versions, the 350 hub range is designed for maximum durability. Equipped with high-quality seals and bearings, they are the choice if you are looking for hubs for durable, low-maintenance wheelsets. The DT 350 rear hubs are also fitted with DT’s patented Ratchet Star SL freehub system. Two 36-tooth discs mesh together to guarantee loss-free power transmission. Thanks to the raised hub flanges, the DT Swiss 350 hubs provide wheelsets with excellent lateral stiffness and durability.

The DT Swiss 350 hubs are available in both thru-axle and quick-release versions. The front hub is also available with a DH 20x110mm thru-axle mount. For the front hubs, only the QR 15x100 mm hubs can be converted; the rear hubs can be converted to fit all standard mountings, except Boost and 150/157 mm installation widths. Different hub bodies are required for these. A list of conversion options for axle mountings and freehub bodies can be found further down in the product description.

E13 Grappler Race Enduro Rim:

The durable and super-sturdy rim for enduro use. The Grappler Race EN, with its hookless rim profile, can of course also be ridden tubeless-ready. The 30 mm rim width of the Grappler rim is ideal for most tyre widths. This ensures optimal tyre support. The rims are tubeless compatible. The 30 mm rim width offers the best profile for tyres between 2.3 and 2.6 inches wide.

DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes:

Designed for stable, laterally stiff yet aerodynamic wheelsets, the DT Swiss Aero Comp spoke is first cold-forged in the middle section to make it lighter and stronger. In a further complex process, it is flat-forged to optimise aerodynamic properties whilst simultaneously increasing material strength. The DT Aero Comp guarantees a balanced combination of stiffness, aerodynamics and durability.

DT Swiss Revolite spokes:

After several rounds of production, the DT Revolite spoke was given its unique shape – completely new for this product type – which gives the spoke clear advantages such as durability and low weight. The DT Revolite is the ideal choice for riders looking for a spoke that combines durability and low weight. Over several rounds of development, its innovative shape has been optimised to withstand repeated stress and to outperform all other DT Swiss MTB spokes in its weight class in terms of durability. The flat-forging process increases material density, resulting in even greater strength with lower weight. Unlike the classic spoke, the production process for the DT revolite includes an additional step: the DT Swiss-specific reduction method using a cold forging process. The result is a lightweight, double-tapered spoke that increases the strength of the material whilst retaining its valuable elastic properties. The patent-pending forging process ensures a uniform transition between the tapered and forged sections of the spoke, thereby increasing its durability.

DT Squorx spoke nipples:

The DT Swiss Squorx Pro Head nipple combines ease of installation with light weight thanks to the DT Pro Head shape, combined with an additional Torx and square tool socket. The Torx socket provides a larger contact area during wheel building, ensuring that the force from the tool is better distributed across the nipple. The spherical contact area within the rim guarantees perfect alignment with the spoke.
