Wheel DT Swiss ER 1600 Spline DB 30

The new Endurance and Cross Road wheelsets feature new DT Swiss 30 mm high aero rims with a 22 mm rim width; the DT Swiss ER 1600 Spline 30 are recommended for particularly fast Endurance, Cross and Gravel wheelsets.

It’s easy to lose track of time on these Endurance wheelsets. The blend of comfort and grip is created by the rim’s 22 mm internal rim width. This ensures better support for wider tyres – making it easy to change your plans and extend your ride. You’ll feel the 36T SL chainrings of the 350 hub engage quickly when you start pedalling. Combined with strong spokes, even technically demanding roads will glide beneath you.

DT Swiss ER 1600 Spline DB 30:

DT Swiss ER 1600 Disc Rim:

The wide rim with a 22 mm rim width also allows for the fitting of wider tyres for maximum comfort. Equipped with DT Swiss Spline Centerlock Disc straight-pull hubs, the very lightweight 23 mm high rims and the Ratchet Star sprocket freehub system. Approved by DT Swiss for a system weight of 130 kg, including rider and bike.

DT Swiss Straight Pull Spokes

To achieve an ideal balance between weight and stability, only the highest quality straight pull spokes are used in SPLINE wheelsets. They are more stable than conventional spokes yet can still be trued and replaced using standard tools.

DT Swiss ER 1600 Disc rims

Aero rims with a 30 mm rim depth and 22 mm rim width for folding and clincher tyres from 25–40 mm wide. The modern 26 mm wide tubeless-ready rim is very stable and lightweight thanks to the use of the PHR nipple system. The Hooked / Crotchet tubeless TC rim profile also keeps wide tyres securely on the rim. The rims are supplied with tubeless rim tape already fitted.

DT Swiss ER 1600 Spline DB hubs

The DT Swiss Spline Disc hubs, featuring a Centerlock brake disc mount, an optimised hub shell for straight-pull spokes and the proven Ratchet Star freehub system based on the DT Swiss 350 hubs, are exceptionally durable and can be serviced and converted without tools. Designed for thru-axle mounting, the DT Swiss PR 1600 Spline wheelsets can be converted to fit all standard axle systems, including quick-release mounts.

DT Swiss Ratchet Freewheel:

The tried-and-tested DT Swiss Ratchet sprocket body system allows for easy conversion to various axle or rotor standards. The multi-tooth ratchet sprocket body with 36-tooth gearing ensures loss-free power transmission. The rear hubs can be converted to Campagnolo ED or N3W, Shimano HG or Micro Spline and Sram XD freehub bodies without the need for tools.
