Finish Line HALO WET plus Luber chain lubricant

With its new HALO product line, Finish Line is setting new standards in chain lubrication.

The innovative technologies used achieve an unrivalled reduction in friction and abrasive contaminants in the chain and guarantee exceptionally smooth running with long relubrication intervals. HALO WAX has been developed to drastically improve the drivetrain by reducing the adhesion of abrasive contaminants.

Three premium ingredients ensure outstanding results:

Gas-To-Liquid is a hydrodynamic fluid film synthesised from high-quality natural gas. Its unique molecular structure minimises drive noise, reduces friction, is water-repellent and maintains viscosity at extreme temperatures.

SPHERICAL TUNGSTEN with a patented hollow core minimises vibrational friction at high torques. The spherical shape creates a rolling effect that reduces sliding friction.

CERAMIC BORON TRI-PLATES form a protective non-stick coating on the chain. In combination with spherical tungsten, they reduce wear and extend the service life of the drivetrain.

HALO is fluorine-free and contains no hazardous volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Easily biodegradable (>60% degradation in soil within 28 days). Non-flammable, safe for air transport.

SMART LUBER

The Finish Line Smart Luber allows you to lubricate the chain quickly and efficiently, without missing a single link and without wasting lubricant. Thanks to its simple application, there is no mess and your hands stay clean.

Smart Luber pads can accumulate wax and become clogged. To avoid this problem, remove the pads and rinse them out after use. Replacement pads are included in the cap.

Ensure your chain is completely degreased and dry before using the lubricant. Shake the bottle well. To open the valve, turn the Smart Luber knob anti-clockwise. Hold the bottle above the chainstay against the chain and press lightly on the bottle to saturate the Smart Luber pads.

Turn the pedals back 4–6 revolutions until the chain is fully lubricated. Repeat the process on the chain below the chainstay. Do not wipe off any excess lubricant. Return the dial to the closed position.

You will achieve maximum efficiency of the drivetrain and long relubrication intervals once the solid lubricant additives have been fully absorbed. This process may require two applications. If excess lubricant has been applied, remove it with a clean cloth. If the chain has not been sufficiently lubricated, repeat the procedure described above.
