29-inch DT Swiss HX 531 rim

The DT Swiss hybrid rim, wider for Enduro DH and e-bikes with a 30 mm rim width. The HX 531 is extremely strong yet lightweight and reliable, and loves rough terrain like no other. The ideal rim for tyres up to 2.8” wide, completely redesigned for a long service life under the toughest conditions.

DT Swiss HX Hybrid Rims:

Built for tough e-bike, freeride and enduro use, the DT Swiss HX Hybrid rims with a 30 mm width offer maximum stability; the rim bed is further reinforced to easily absorb high drive forces. With a 30 mm internal rim width, tyres from 2.2 to 3.0 inches wide can be fitted. Thanks to new, extra-sturdy rim spokes, the DT Swiss Spline rims are ideally designed for upgrading with a tubeless kit. The HX 531 rims are supplied with Squorx Pro head nipples and PHR washers. The PHR washers reinforce the rim’s spoke hole and are mandatory for lacing by DT Swiss

DT Swiss Squorx Pro Head spoke nipples:

The DT Squorx Pro Head nipple combines ease of installation, light weight and optimal performance in a single product. The Torx head makes lacing flat spokes a breeze. The spherical contact surface ensures perfect alignment with the spoke, whilst the square section allows for easy re-centring using standard tools whilst the tyre is fitted. With the XR 361 rims, these nipples are included in the scope of delivery, along with a washer that is fitted between the nipple and the rim bed. This ensures even pressure distribution and long-lasting durability
