Disc Brake Pads Shimano G05A

The G-type disc pads are designed for current and older Shimano disc brakes with 2-piston calipers, including XTR, Deore XT, SLX, LX, Deore and road bike Post Mount

The new resin disc pad offers approximately 50 per cent better wear resistance compared to the G03A. The plastic pads are softer and reduce noise, but are not as durable as metal pads. We recommend using these pads if your disc brakes tend to squeal.

The Shimano G-type and J-type brake pads are suitable for the same calipers

These brake pads are compatible with Shimano 2-piston calipers from the following series

• XTR disc brakes: BR-M9000, BR-M987, BR-M985
• XT disc brakes: BR-M8100, BR-M8000, BR-M785,
• LX disc brakes: BR-M 585, BR-M595, BR-M585, BR-M535, BR-M675, BR-M615
• SLX disc brakes: BR-M7100, BR-M7000, BR-M675, BR-M615, BR-M666, BR-M6000
• Road disc brakes: BR-S700, BR-RS785, BR-R785, BR-S501, BR-S500, BR-T665
