SwissStop Centerlock Lockring

The Swiss Stop locking ring with external screw connection for Centerlock brake discs with a diameter of up to 220 mm. Compatible with all thru-axle diameters.

For 20 mm and 15 mm thru-axle mounting on Centerlock hubs, an External Spline lockring with a larger inner diameter is required.

The external spline lock rings can be used with all hub types, from 9 mm quick-release to 20 mm downhill axles. As these protrude further at the outer edge than lock rings with an internal tool holder, they may cause space issues with road bike frames and forks. We recommend using lock rings with an internal tool holder for road bikes

External tool holder: 44 mm outer diameter with 16-tooth spline. Compatible tools e.g. Shimano TL-FC36, TL-FC32 or TL-FC33. Corresponds to the tool for Hollowtech II bottom bracket assembly

Internal tool holder: 23 mm inner diameter with 12-tooth spline; compatible tools e.g. Shimano TLLR15, Pedro’s 6460000. Corresponds to the tool for cassette installation
