Shimano I-Spec B installation instructions:

The Saint BL-M820B disc brake levers are suitable for I-Spec B Direct mounting. This mounting system allows for space-saving installation of the shift levers directly onto the brake lever clamp. Shimano changed the I-Spec mount to Type B for the 2014 system. You can recognise this by the addition of the letter ‘B’ to the lever designation. Older Shimano I-Spec shift levers can be combined with the new brake levers using the new I-Spec adapters: SM-SL98-B, SM-SL78-B and SM-SL82-B.
