Shimano XT 9-speed cassette

Shimano has retained the tried-and-tested system of riveting the large sprockets to a spider in its new XT cassettes. However, the new cassettes are fitted with catch pins that prevent the chain from slipping between the spokes and the cassette. In the new cassette, the end ring is made of aluminium and the steel quality has been further improved
