Stronglight Osymetric Chainring Kit, 4-arm, 104/64mm bolt circle, 38/28 teeth, colour: black, for Sram
When using conventionally shaped chainrings, a rider must constantly adjust the force applied during a crank rotation in order to maintain a constant acceleration. The non-circular shape of the O.Symetric chainrings is designed to counteract this. The special shape evens out the force required at different crank positions, enabling a smoother pedalling motion. The result is a smoother pedalling motion, which reduces strain on the rider and frees up capacity for greater power output.O.Symetricchainringshave been used in professional cycling for many years; they are not only used in classic road racing or time trials, but mountain bikers and triathletes also benefit from their advantages.
The 64 mm or 104 mm bolt circle, for Shimano and SRAM 9/10/11-speed drivetrains. CNC-machined from 7075 T6 aluminium. The 104 mm bolt circle is the standard MTB bolt circle. The 104 mm bolt circle is currently the most common bolt circle for 9- and 10-speed MTB cranksets. The distance between the chainring bolts is 104 mm, measured diagonally from centre to centre.
