Wolf Tooth Drop Stop B chainring

The Wolf Tooth Sram and Quarq Direct Mount chainring with 8-bolt mounting for:

• frames with Boost 148 mm rear ends and a 52 mm chainline, and GXP MTB cranks
• Frames with Boost 148 mm rear ends and a 52 mm chainline, and DUB MTB cranks
• Frames with Boost 148 mm rear ends and 55 mm chainline and DUB Wide MTB cranks
• Frames with Super Boost 157 mm rear ends and 55 mm chainline and DUB Wide MTB cranks
• Frame with Super Boost 157 mm rear dropouts, 56.5 mm chainline and DUB Super Boost Plus MTB cranks

The single-chainring Direct Mount chainring has been specially developed for Sram, Quarq power metres and Cane Creek GXP, DUB and BB30 cranksets with Direct Mount 8-bolt mounting.

Compatible with all 9-11-speed chains from all manufacturers and 12-speed chains from SRAM Eagle / Flattop / Transmission, KMC, Connex and Wipperman.

Wolf Tooth Drop-Stop B technology:

Wolf Tooth’s patented Drop-Stop B narrow-wide tooth profile offers the ultimate in chain guidance and self-cleaning. The right-hand side of the tooth is as wide as possible to maximise the contact area with the chain. More contact area means that the load is distributed over a larger surface, which in turn reduces wear. The left side of the tooth is narrower than the chain’s roller pin, so Wolf Tooth has removed additional material to create a channel through which dirt can drain away. More contact area and space, in turn, means a lower likelihood of the chain falling off due to dirt whilst riding.
