A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. SRAM has taken this motto to heart in the development of its innovative 10-speed Power Chain with Power Lock connecting link. These chains are so robust that they are also approved for use with the new 10-speed MTB groupsets.

Power Chain technology: Chain installation with SRAM is safe, simple and reliable thanks to the new Power Lock. As with mountain bikes, the Power Lock can be closed without tools. This special chain link guarantees reliable chain installation. Due to its very narrow profile, the Power Lock can no longer be opened by hand.
