Shimano DI2 EW-SD50 E-Tube power cable

The cable for the Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 9070, Ultegra Di2 6870 and 6770 systems, Di2 STR785 STI levers, XTR 9050 Di2 and Alfine Di2 components.

The Di2 shifting components are connected to the SM-JC40 or SM-JC41 cable connectors via plug connections. Unlike the old Dura Ace 7970, the cables are two-core and feature significantly thinner 5.1 mm plugs.

Plug-and-play functionality ensures easy connection of the cable sets, which are available in various lengths and are therefore suitable for almost any frame shape. The system can be connected directly to a PC for system diagnostics or to reverse the shifting logic.

Five cables are required to install the DI2 system, connecting the rear derailleur, front derailleur, battery, junction port and distributor to the cable connection. An optional cable is required for connecting to a PC.
