Shimano uses different replacement sprockets for the SLX 12-speed cassettes than for the XT and XTR cassettes. Only the first two sprockets (10 and 11 teeth) are the same. The lockring and the sprockets up to 16 teeth are also compatible with the XT and XTR 12-speed cassettes. The sprocket block containing the larger sprockets is not available as a spare part
