The straight-pull mountain bike hubs from the Mavic Infinity series. Thanks to the special design of the hub flanges, only one spoke length is required for both the front and rear wheels.

Choose your preferred rim from the complete range of DT Swiss, e*thirteen, Mavic, Stans NoTubes and WTB rims. We use exclusively DT Swiss spokes. Over the last few decades – ever since we started building wheels – these spokes have proven themselves to be by far the most durable.

We hand-build these wheels exclusively for you. Thanks to over 30 years’ experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in roundness, durability and stiffness from the materials. These wheels are, of course, pressure-tested multiple times, and we also pre-load the spokes in the longitudinal direction. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period of time.

Mavic MX801 INFINITY SP:

are the rightful successors to the legendary Mavic hubs (501, 571 …), as they bring our latest innovations to the trails. Now also available for custom wheelsets! Infinity technology impresses with its weight-saving design, optimal lacing – contact-free straight-pull spokes with uniform spoke length for even spoke tension – and the proven Instant Drive 360 freehub system. The Instant Drive 360 freehub with toothed disc mechanism impresses with rapid engagement and perfect power transmission with minimal friction loss, as well as easy maintenance. Freewheel bodies are available for all relevant sprocket cassettes: Shimano HG and MicroSpline, Sram XD. The precision CNC-machined hub bodies ensure optimised spoke angles and reduced asymmetry – resulting in stable, stiff and durable wheels. Large-dimensioned industrial bearings (2 at the front, 4 at the rear) with minimal play ensure smooth, long-lasting operation. Our QRM Auto system with automatic bearing preload guarantees smooth bearing operation and perfectly adjusted bearing play without any adjustment effort. This MTB version is only compatible with the Boost standard for frames and forks: 15x110 mm at the front and 12x148 mm at the rear. Developed, designed and tested in France. CNC-machined in Europe

Mavic Infinity Disc Hubs:

The proven Mavic QRM Auto industrial bearings are used in the Infinity hubs. The widened bearing spacing ensures torsional stiffness of the hub, whilst the new spoke lugs ensure effective power transfer. Equipped with the Instant Drive sprocket freehub body and the ORM Auto axle system. The self-aligning bearing system of the rear hub, QRM auto, combined with the sprocket freehub, ensures maintenance-free operation over a long period.

Mavic Instant Drive 360 freewheel body

The Instant Drive 360 freehub system is super-light and ensures rapid power transfer with a mere 9-degree engagement angle. A large, contact-free rubber seal reduces friction. And a wide selection of axle stubs ensures compatibility with many mounting standards. The oversized aluminium axle and the hardened aluminium freehub body save 40 g. Two pawls with 40-tooth engagement ensure fast and loss-free power transfer. A radial seal guarantees low friction at high speeds and perfect water resistance. This freehub body is easy to convert and is available as an HG10 version for Shimano 8-11-speed / Sram 8-10-speed, Sram XD 11- and 12-speed and Shimano 12-speed Micro Spline
