Busch und Müller E-Werk

For anyone who doesn’t want to do without their mobile phone, GPS, MP3 player or other electronic devices whilst cycling, there is the bike-mobile E-WERK. Connected to the hub dynamo, it harnesses the electricity to charge and/or power mobile devices. With this dynamo-powered charger, voltage up to 13.3 V and current up to 1.5 A can be adjusted in small increments. It starts charging from around 8 km/h. At just 15 km/h, it charges as quickly and powerfully as standard mains adapters. It can accept direct current up to 50 V. Operation using an e-bike battery or car battery is therefore also possible.
