The Crank Brothers Candy 1 pedals feature high-end Enduro Bearings and Igus II bearings.
The Candy 1 is the affordable entry-level model in the Crank Brothers Candy range. Although it is the only pedal with a plastic body, it makes no compromises in terms of stability and durability. With a sturdy stainless steel axle, the pair weighs just 280 g. Release angle of 15 to 20 degrees
The clamping arms operate like a pair of scissors: the harder you pull on the pedal, the greater the clamping force. This design keeps the release force low, so you don’t have to worry about accidentally unclipping from the pedal during sprints or climbs.
Included: Pedals, cleats, screws. The cleats on Crank Brothers pedals are not compatible with the Shimano SPD cleat system.
