All Mountain and Trail suspension fork, DT Swiss R 535 One DU, installation length 210 mm, travel 55 mm, Incontrol: Open Drive LockOut
DT Swiss R 535 One DU shock absorber
The DT Swiss R 535 One All Mountain and Trail shock absorber with Open/Drive/Lock settings, an extra-large negative air chamber and super-sensitive response.
Driven by a passion for finding the right flow on the trail, the R 535 ONE features a repositioned bypass in the air chambers. This allows the all-mountain shock to benefit from greater sensitivity to small bumps and make trail riding even more comfortable, without compromising travel in the mid-range and at the end. The shock is equipped with the INCONTROL system and features 3 different damping modes, which can be controlled via a lever.

DT Swiss Incontrol Open Drive Lock:
The idea is tempting: three bikes in one. With the R 535, DT Swiss offers exactly this possibility. The newly developed R 535 shock series allows the rider to choose between three riding modes on any bike: full travel for descents, reduced travel for rough climbs, or lockout for tarmac – uphill sections and sprints. With the Incontrol adjustment, you can adapt your suspension to any riding situation. The three levels of seamless damping adjustment allow the rider to switch between Open mode for uneven terrain, Ride mode for optimal riding enjoyment on smoother roads, or Lockout mode for tarmac sections and sprints. This is a simple mechanism that allows you to adapt your suspension to any situation. It features a particularly seamless Open Mode for rougher terrain, a sporty Ride Mode for perfect riding efficiency on climbs and flat roads, and a Lockout Mode for tarmac roads and sprints.
DT Swiss Line Air:
Responsiveness has been significantly improved by the new Line-Air air chamber system with large negative volume and by modifications to the compression piston. The rebound unit has also been optimised to ideally absorb rapid, successive impacts. Suspension engineer Sam Zbinden works both in the lab and on the trails – which he builds himself and, as a former professional downhill rider, knows how to ride rather well! The result is a fully developed product with DT Swiss’s characteristic light weight and high reliability. The R 535: superb responsiveness, good support in the mid-travel range and functional end-stroke progression.
