Manitou Mezzer Pro suspension fork, 29-inch, 180 mm travel, convertible to 140–180 mm, 51 mm offset, Boost 15x110 thru-axle, tapered steerer tube
Manitou Mezzer Pro suspension fork
The Manitou Mezzer Pro Enduro and Trail fork. Equipped with unrivalled features, the Mezzer Pro offers enough handling and control to master even the most demanding enduro rides. Highly rigid thanks to the Reverse Arch fork crown, the Mezzer Pro with its 37 mm stanchions is nevertheless lightweight. The separate compression and rebound damping offers perfect adjustment options with a very sensitive response. The travel can be adjusted internally from 140 to 180 mm. This makes the forks highly versatile.
Equipped with unrivalled features, the Mezzer Pro offers enough handling and control to master even the most demanding enduro rides. Thanks to the 37 mm stanchions and the rear fork bridge, the Mezzer Pro is the stiffest fork in its category. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your trail bike or need a matching counterpart for your enduro shock, the Mezzer Pro can be adjusted in 10 mm increments from its factory setting of 180 mm down to 140 mm using the spacers included in the package. The installation height changes accordingly.
Manitou Dorado Air IRT
The Dorado Air IRT suspension offers ultimate sensitivity. The IRT system, Infinite Rate Tune, allows for a smoother response and active adjustment of the spring rate curve in the mid-travel range, independent of the end-stage progression, without the need to modify the fork. The Dorado Air suspension system also features a balancing valve that equalises the positive and negative air chambers during inflation.
Manitou MC2 / TPC shock:
The Manitou MC2 compression damper, Multi-Control Compression, offers external adjustment options for high-speed compression, low-speed compression and low-speed rebound. This allows the Mezzer Pro to be optimally adapted to any terrain and riding style. The patent-pending HBO valve, Hydraulic Bottom Out, increases damping during the final 30 mm.
The TCP rebound damper features a two-stage shim stack for better isolation of rebound damping at low and high speeds. This optimises rebound speed without the need for additional adjustment.
Manitou Mezzer Reverse Arch Chassis
Long-proven, the stanchion unit with a rear-mounted connection. This enables a stanchion unit that is more torsionally rigid whilst keeping weight low. As a result, 32 mm stanchions can be used to save weight, whilst maintaining stiffness on a par with suspension forks featuring 38–40 mm stanchions.
Manitou Fender
The integrated mudguard can be fitted to or removed from the triple clamp using just three small screws.
