The RockShox Deluxe NUDE was developed in collaboration with the Scott development team to offer riders the ultimate RockShox shock absorber featuring proprietary NUDE technology with Descend mode, Traction Control mode and Lockout mode – all controlled via remote. Lightweight and efficient in true Deluxe style.

RockShox Deluxe Nude RL3 Debon Air shock technology:

Trunnion shock mount:

On frames with a trunnion shock mount, the shock head is bolted directly to the frame; only the shaft has the classic eye for mounting the shock bushing. This mount allows for a more compact design. The frame must be designed for this. These shocks are not compatible with standard frames.

RockShox Descend:

The RockShox shock for Scott’s proprietary Nude System features two positive air chambers. In Descend mode, both chambers are open, creating a larger chamber volume. This gives you the full travel available at the rear wheel. Both the fork and the shock are 100 per cent optimised for downhill performance, taking into account the air spring and damping. Thanks to the TwinLoc suspension system, Scott can develop bikes that make absolutely no compromises when it comes to downhill performance.

RockShox Rapid Recovery:

Thanks to the Rapid Recovery system, the shock returns to its initial position more quickly after successive impacts, giving the bike more precise traction. This more active suspension system never fails and ensures a ride with higher and softer suspension stiffness. With Rapid Recovery, the rider benefits from greater suspension travel for a smoother and more controlled ride with every impact.

RockShox DebonAir+:

The new DebonAir Plus system offers the perfect balance between butter-smooth responsiveness and support throughout the entire travel. Equipped with two new air chamber options, it allows you to adjust the negative and positive air volumes to find the perfect setup for every bike. The highly adjustable DebonAir Plus air spring offers the ride feel of a steel spring. The DebonAir Plus air chamber in RockShox Deluxe shocks features larger chambers; both the positive and negative chambers are now larger, enabling a softer response and up to 30 per cent lower breakaway torque. Generally, the spring curve becomes more linear with the DebonAir, and the rear wheel also generates more traction in the DebonAir version and responds even better to small bumps. Additionally, the size of the air chamber can be adjusted using tokens, thereby altering the response.

RockShox Metric Sizing:

Metric Sizing enables suspension and frame manufacturers to significantly simplify the sizing and installation of shock absorbers. At the same time, it offers performance benefits for suspension and frame designs. It also allows for simpler mounting hardware with new mounting options.
