Cane Creek Double Barrel Air IL shock
The high-end air shock featuring Climp Switch technology and a LinAir air chamber with very low breakaway torque, a linear mid-stroke range and higher end progression. The responsive shock for all-mountain and trail riding
Equipped with a low-speed uphill mode for effective bob suppression, and independent 4-way adjustment of low- and high-speed rebound and compression. The perfect shock for all-mountain to enduro use. The Cane Cree Double Barrel Air Inline shock features a unique design in which the oil flows through externally adjustable valves. This allows the shock to be precisely tuned to personal preferences. The self-adjusting negative air spring ensures maximum bottom-out protection.
Handcrafted in the USA and developed in collaboration with Öhlins, the Double Barrel shock is manufactured with extreme precision and is designed for maximum performance and reliability.
Cane Creek LinAir:
The completely redesigned LinAir air spring offers extremely low breakaway torque, a linear mid-travel response and high end-stroke progression to prevent bottoming out. As a result, the Cane Creek Double Barrel IL shocks offer a very sensitive response and a fully usable travel range.
Cane Creek Twin Tube Technology
Twin Tube Technology ensures that, unlike in conventional dampers where oil flows solely through the main piston, it flows through the valves responsible for the respective damping. This results in superior, reproducible adjustability.
Cane Creek HSC
The High-Speed Compression (HSC) setting serves to absorb the energy from heavy impacts, such as large ledges or hard landings.
Cane Creek HSR
A unique adjustment parameter on the Double Barrel is the High-Speed Rebound, which regulates the rebound speed when the suspension is fully compressed and enables controlled take-offs from jump edges.
Cane Creek LSC
The Low-Speed Compression (LSC) stage regulates traction and suspension stability. The LSC setting suppresses unwanted bobbing whilst pedalling, influences the response to bumps and small dips, and affects how the bike reacts to changes in weight.
Cane Creek LSR
Like the Low-Speed Compression, the Low-Speed Rebound contributes to traction and suspension stability. The Low-Speed Rebound ensures maximum traction on technical climbs, bumpy tracks, banked turns and braking bumps.
