Chellange Pro Handmade Superpoly casing:

Handmade tyres combine a multitude of outstanding features to offer maximum comfort and minimal rolling resistance. Carefully selected materials are used in the various tyre grades depending on performance requirements. Soft, supple casings quickly adapt to the shape of the ground when rolling and cornering. This increases ground contact and grip and improves shock absorption on rough terrain. Soft, natural rubber treads are combined with lightweight, flexible puncture protection.

SMARTplus Compound:

The SMARTplus Compound is a slightly harder natural rubber compound specially designed for high mileage. The formulation effectively reduces wear, making the tyre even more durable and long-lasting.

GANZO +PPS2 puncture protection:

The Ganzo Puncture Protection System is a highly flexible, even more tightly woven multi-component puncture protection system integrated between the tread and the carcass. The Ganzo PPS makes the tyre lighter, even more puncture-resistant and preserves the supple, comfortable character of Challenge tyres. In addition to the standard PPS protective layer between the tread and the carcass, these tyres offer unrivalled puncture protection thanks to an additional layer of PPS fabric between the carcass and the inner tube.

Tubeless-Ready

Perfectly suited for use with tubeless systems: no inner tube, strong puncture protection and high efficiency. Vulcanised synthetic rubber To combine a long service life with good riding characteristics, synthetic rubber is vulcanised and hardened. The result is Challenge’s Vulcanized Clincher range: smooth-rolling tyres with high grip and good comfort at an affordable price.
