Pirelli P7 Sport road bike tyre

The Pirelli P7 Sport is the ultimate all-round training tyre, developed for racing cyclists and everyday riders who cover long distances.

The TechBELT carcass improves the tyre’s puncture resistance, whilst the EVO compound, combined with the slightly thicker tread pattern and the shallow grooves on the sides, enhances grip on both wet and dry asphalt. Together with the fabric reinforcements on the tyre bead, handling is improved on wide rims and when riding with low tyre pressure.

Pirelli PRO rubber compound:

The PRO rubber compound has been derived from the experience gained with the race-oriented SmartEVO and EVO compounds and carefully tuned to offer a reliable mix for those seeking a tyre that is easy to control in all weather conditions.

Pirelli TechBELT carcass:

The TechBELT Road carcass features nylon fabric reinforcements beneath the tyre’s tread, which reduce weight, prevent penetration by sharp objects and increase puncture resistance. The tyre bead, featuring aramid fabric reinforcements, improves handling and stabilises the tyre on wide rims and when riding with low tyre pressure. The result is a solid choice for road use, including racing and intensive training, offering a balanced ratio between handling and puncture resistance.
