DT Swiss HX 1700 Spline Hybrid:

Featuring reinforced rims, more durable bearings and steel freehub bodies. The DT Swiss HX1700 Spline Hybrid, with a 30 mm flange width, oversized ball bearings, a new high-load axle, 24-tooth sprocket, steel freehub body and reinforced hub shell, is designed for significantly higher torque and offers 20 per cent greater load capacity than standard wheelsets. The legendary reliability of DT Swiss hubs and straight-pull lacing ensure long-lasting riding enjoyment.

eMTBs are designed to ride up and down mountains quickly and have fun doing so. The new HX 1700 SPLINE high-end aluminium wheelset is the ideal partner for this. Building on many years of experience in the development of eMTB components and targeted testing procedures, DT Swiss has redesigned this wheelset to meet the increased demands of modern e-mountain biking. The redesigned 350 hub features a larger hub body, which enables better braking and drive torque and results in greater robustness. The new hub is now combined with a high-quality welded aluminium rim and reinforced hybrid spokes. This wheel is available in two spoke patterns and two wheel sizes, making it suitable for all riders looking to expand their eMTB adventure.

DT Swiss HX 1700 Spline Hybrid Hubs:

Based on the DT Swiss 350 series, the DT Swiss straight-pull hub shells of the Hybrid Spline wheels feature reinforced hub shells, oversized ball bearings and reinforced spoke heads. The new design of the 350 hub features the familiar ratchet freewheel and is characterised by a larger hub body, which better absorbs high braking and drive torques, resulting in a longer service life. With the optimised hub body, specifically designed for high torque and extreme braking forces, and the reinforced flange, DT Swiss provides the perfect foundation for extremely stable e-bike and enduro-DH wheelsets.

Boost standard:

The thru-axle standard requires new hubs. The wider hub shell with the flanges positioned further out allows for wheels with greater lateral stiffness. On Boost hubs, the brake disc mount is also positioned further out. Therefore, these hubs cannot be fitted to frames with the narrower mounting dimension.

DT Swiss Ratchet Star steel freehub body:

The proven DT Swiss Ratchet System freehub in a reinforced version with 24-tooth gearing and stronger ratchet discs. The multi-tooth ratchet freehub body ensures loss-free power transmission. Thanks to the tool-free design of the DT Swiss rear hubs, they can be serviced and converted without tools. The freehub bodies are available as HG10 for Shimano and Sram 8-10-speed and Shimano 11-speed MTB cassettes.

DT Swiss H 1700 Spline Hybrid Rims:

Built for tough e-bike, freeride and enduro use, the DT Swiss H 1700 rims, with a width of 30 mm, offer maximum stability; the rim bed is further reinforced to easily absorb high drive forces. With a 25 mm rim width, tyres ranging from 2.0 to 2.6 inches in width can be fitted. Thanks to new, extra-sturdy rim spokes, the DT Swiss Spline rims are ideally designed for upgrading with a tubeless kit.

DT Swiss Straightpull Hybrid1 spokes:

To achieve maximum stability, Spline wheelsets use DT Hybrid 1 straight-pull spokes. They are more stable than conventional spokes yet can still be trued and replaced using standard tools. The straight-pull lacing allows for precise placement and alignment of the spokes. This optimises wheel stiffness and eliminates any unwanted stress peaks.
