We offer the wheelsets in Disc 6-bolt and Centerlock versions. The hubs are available in all standard mounting widths, from quick-release to Super Boost thru-axle.

DT Swiss EX 471 rim

The lightweight 30 mm wide Enduro rim with a 25 mm rim width from DT Swiss, the EX 471. Designed for wide Enduro tyres, the DT EX 471 rim offers very high stability at a pleasingly low weight of just 500 grams. Thanks to extensive FEM analyses, DT Swiss EX 471 rims feature material only where it is actually needed. These rims are supplied with special DT Squorx Pro Head nipples and PHR washers and must only be laced using these nipples. With the wide EX 471 rim, DT Swiss offers a rim for stable and lightweight Enduro wheelsets. Cleanly finished, with a welded joint and stainless steel eyelets, the DT Swiss EX 471 strikes the perfect balance between low weight and high stability.

The DT Swiss XM 401 rims are equipped with rim flanges adapted for tubeless tape and can be easily upgraded to lightweight tubeless rims using DT Swiss tubeless tape

Wheel building at TNC-Hamburg:

We hand-build these wheels exclusively for you. Thanks to over 30 years’ experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in concentricity, durability and stiffness from the material. These wheels are, of course, pressure-tested multiple times, and we also pre-load the spokes in both the radial and lateral directions. This eliminates the need for re-centring over a long period of time. We use DT Swiss spokes exclusively. These ensure outstanding durability of the wheelsets. For enduro use, we recommend brass nipples.

Hubs DT Swiss 350 Classic Disc:

With the 350 hubs, DT Swiss offers affordable, high-quality hubs. From road bike to downhill versions, the 350 hub range is designed for maximum durability. Equipped with high-quality seals and bearings, this is the choice if you are looking for hubs for durable, low-maintenance wheelsets. The DT 350 rear hubs are also fitted with DT’s patented Ratchet Star SL freehub system. Two 36-tooth discs mesh together to guarantee loss-free power transmission. Thanks to the raised hub flanges, the DT Swiss 350 hubs provide wheelsets with excellent lateral stiffness and durability.

The DT Swiss 350 hubs are available in both thru-axle and quick-release versions. The front hub is also available with a DH 20x110mm thru-axle mount. For the front hubs, only the QR 15x100 mm hubs can be converted; the rear hubs can be converted to fit all standard axle standards, except Boost and 150/157 mm installation widths. Different hub bodies are required for these. A list of conversion options for axle standards and freehub bodies can be found further down in the product description.

DT Competition spokes:

The double cold-forged spoke made from rust-resistant 18/10 chrome-nickel steel with a tapered middle section for robust, lightweight wheelsets. We recommend these spokes for virtually all wheelsets. Extremely durable and sufficiently lightweight, DT Competition spokes enable wheel building of the highest standard. Thanks to the taper in the middle section, the spokes absorb movements in the wheel exceptionally well, without compromising on lateral stiffness and durability. Weight with nipple approx. 7 grams.

DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes

This spoke is first cold-forged in the middle section to make it lighter and stronger. In a further complex process, it is flat-forged to optimise aerodynamic properties whilst increasing material strength. The DT Aero Comp guarantees a balanced ratio of stiffness, aerodynamics and durability. This spoke fits hubs with standard bore holes.

DT Swiss Aero Lite spokes:

The DT Swiss Aerolite spoke is flatter and lighter than any other; the DT Swiss Aerolite spoke features an aerodynamic flat profile and is extremely lightweight. Thanks to the 0.9 x 2.3 mm aerodynamic mid-section, this spoke can be fitted to all standard hubs. The Cold Forging Technology (CFT) developed by DT Swiss makes the reduced and forged DT Aerolite the lightest stainless steel spoke and gives it excellent mechanical properties. Particularly suitable for super-light and fast road or cross-country wheelsets. 64 DT Aerolite spokes weigh an incredible 278 g at a length of 264 mm. Weight per spoke at 264 mm length: 4.31 g

DT Squorx spoke nipples:

The DT Swiss Squorx Pro Head nipple combines ease of installation with light weight thanks to the DT Pro Head shape, combined with an additional Torx and square tool socket. The Torx socket provides a larger contact area during wheel building, ensuring that the force from the tool is better distributed across the nipple. The spherical contact area within the rim guarantees perfect alignment with the spoke.
