DT Swiss 350 Hybrid Hub and HX 531 Rim Wheel Set

The wheelset for e-bikes featuring HX 531 rims and DT Swiss 350 Hybrid hubs with reinforced axles and flanges. We offer the wheelset in the classic quick-release version and for thru-axles, including the Boost version. The freehub bodies are available for HG, SRAM XD and Micro Spline cassettes

Wheel building at TNC-Hamburg:

We hand-build these wheels exclusively for you. Thanks to over 30 years’ experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in roundness, durability and stiffness from the materials. These wheels are, of course, pressure-tested multiple times, and we also pre-load the spokes in both the radial and lateral directions. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period. We use DT Swiss spokes exclusively. These ensure outstanding durability of the wheels. For DH and Enduro use, we recommend brass nipples.

These wheels are made to order for you, so we cannot offer a right of return for them. We do not offer cash on delivery for these wheels.

Included in delivery:

• Front wheel fully laced and hand-trued in our workshop, with DT 350 Hybrid hub, DT spokes, DT nipples and DT Swiss HX rims as selected. Excludes rim tape and valve
• Rear wheel fully laced and hand-trued in our workshop, with DT 350 Hybrid hub, DT spokes, DT nipples and DT Swiss HX rims as selected. Excludes rim tape and valve

Hubs: DT Swiss 350 Hybrid Disc 6-hole hubs

With the 350 Hybrid hubs, DT Swiss offers affordable, high-quality hubs for e-bike use, featuring reinforced axles, bearings, spoke holes and freehub bodies. The 350 hub range is designed for maximum durability. Equipped with high-quality seals and bearings, they are the choice if you are looking for hubs for long-lasting and low-maintenance wheelsets. These hubs are not only suitable for e-bikes but are also very well suited to high-load dirt, DH and enduro bikes

DT Competition spokes:

The double cold-forged spoke made from rust-resistant 18/10 chrome-nickel steel with a tapered middle section for robust, lightweight wheels. We recommend these spokes for virtually all wheels. Extremely durable and sufficiently lightweight, DT Competition spokes enable wheel building of the highest standard. Thanks to the tapered middle section, the spokes absorb movement in the wheel exceptionally well, without compromising on lateral stiffness or durability. Weight with nipple approx. 7 grams.

DT Swiss HX 531 rim:

The DT Swiss HX 531 hybrid rims, with a width of 35 mm, offer maximum stability; the rim bed is further reinforced to easily absorb high drive forces. With an internal rim width of 30 mm, tyres ranging from 2.2 to 3.0 mm in width can be fitted. Thanks to new, extra-sturdy rim beads, the DT Swiss Spline rims are ideally designed for upgrading with a tubeless kit

DT Swiss Squorx Pro Head spoke nipples:

The DT Squorx Pro Head nipple combines ease of installation, light weight and optimal performance in a single product. The Torx head makes lacing flat spokes a breeze. The spherical contact surface ensures perfect alignment with the spoke, whilst the square section allows for easy re-centring using standard tools with the tyre fitted. The washers ensure even pressure distribution and long-lasting durability
