Fulcrum Racing Zero CMPTZN DB C19 wheelset

The lightweight Fulcrum Racing Zero Competizione wheelsets feature genuine tubeless rims 23.8 mm wide and 30 mm high, high-end Cult Ceramic ball bearings and high-strength aero aluminium spokes. The Racing Zero CMPTZN wheels are assembled entirely by hand at Fulcrum and tested using electronically controlled instruments.

Fulcrum Racing Zero:

The extra-wide 23.8 mm wide and 30 mm high rims of the Fulcrum Zero wheels are made from high-strength aluminium and are both very light and very stable. The rim bed is unperforated and the reinforced rim profile gives the wheel greater torsional stiffness and greater vertical elasticity. Following Fulcrum’s special 2:1 Two-to-One lacing system, the rear wheel has double the number of spokes on the right-hand side, thereby achieving more effective torque transfer and a better distribution of spoke tension.

Fulcrum Racing Zero DB Disc Hubs:

The Fulcrum Zero Disc hubs with oversized flanges offer high lateral stiffness and, thanks to the Two-in-One lacing pattern, perfectly absorb drive and braking forces. Weight is saved with the new plasma-hardened aluminium freehub. The adjustable ball bearing system, featuring high-end Cult Ceramic bearings, reduces friction and ensures long-lasting peak performance. Quick and easy adjustment. Aluminium axles reduce the weight of the wheel. The hub’s exclusive 5-axis machining system creates a spoke seat that is perfectly aligned with the tension line. Thanks to this solution, the same tension values are maintained at every point along the spoke, reducing stress on the rim and spokes. Fulcrum Racing Zero DB spokes:

The number of high-strength aluminium spokes has been adapted for use with disc brakes. 21 spokes on both the rear and front wheels provide sufficient stability.

Fulcrum Racing Zero DB 2 Way Fit rims

The 23.8 mm wide, lightweight aluminium clincher rim features a medium-high profile of 30 mm. The Zero Disc rims are specially designed for use with disc brakes and are precision-machined. This results in rims that are very lightweight yet highly stable. The rims are true tubeless rims with a sealed rim bed. No additional rim tape is required.
