WTB CZR i23 Rim

The CZR i23 carbon rims minimise rotational mass, allowing you to break away early and stay ahead of the pack. The finely tuned carbon compliance creates a sense of unity with the terrain whilst reducing rider fatigue on long rides. Reinforced spoke holes increase reliability and allow for weight savings elsewhere. Subtle decals create a sleek look that matches the low weight. The CZR i23 is the gravel rim of choice if you’re looking for the best strength-to-weight ratio for long gravel days.

The angled design of the spoke holes prevents jamming and lateral stress at the spoke-nipple interface. This distributes the spoke tension more evenly across the nipple, rather than placing greater stress on one side. The natural angle between the spokes and the rim increases the longevity of both the spokes and the nipples.

The CZR carbon rims offer unbeatable stability whilst being lighter than the competition. Reinforced spoke beds, proven 4D spoke hole drilling and an asymmetrical design form the basis for an incredibly durable carbon rim. Combined with the Solid Strip integration of the TCS 2.0 tubeless system, you get a system that is not only easier to fit tubeless, but also virtually immune to pressure loss in the event of a broken spoke.

The patented 4D spoke hole ensures the best possible spoke nipple fit and distributes tension more evenly over a larger area. This ensures excellent durability. The integration of the all-new WTB Solid Strip into the TCS 2.0 rims delivers a tubeless system that is very easy to fit and highly reliable. A recessed channel in the centre of the TCS 2.0 rims allows for the installation of the all-new Solid Strip, which prevents the tubeless strip from sagging at the spoke holes and guarantees a smooth, even connection between tyre and rim.
