MilKit Tubeless Valve Set

The revolutionary milKit tubeless valve system makes the installation and maintenance of tubeless tyres quick and easy. Measure and top up the sealant without deflating the tyre; install the tyre dry until it is seated, then fill with sealant – no more mess.

• Install milKit valves in the rim and remove the valve core
• Inflate the tyre to 0.5–1.5 bar. The additional rubber flaps on the milKit valves keep the air in the tyre even without the valve core installed.
• Fill the required amount of sealant into the milKit syringe and then inject it into the pressurised tyre – the rubber flaps make this possible.
• Screw in the valve core and inflate the tyre to full pressure until it sits fully on the rim. Enjoy the ride!

The closed rubber flaps at the bottom of the valve prevent the valves from becoming blocked by sealant. Manufactured in Switzerland and Italy, the product impresses with its high-quality, lightweight aluminium valves and elegant design featuring many smart details. The valves fit all standard rims, including road, gravel and MTB tubeless.

The solution for easy and clean handling of drying-out sealant! With other tubeless systems, the tyre has to be lifted off the rim to check how much sealant remains in the tyre and whether it is still good. A huge mess every time!

The solution is provided by the milKit valve system. The valve core can be easily removed – the rubber flaps on the milKit valves keep the air in the tyre – and using the milKit syringe and needle, you can access the tyre whilst it is still under pressure. Quick and clean.

The milKit syringe holds 60ml of sealant and is connected to the milKit needle via a flexible extension. The needle can be pushed through the rubber flaps of the milKit valves without air escaping from the tyre. The flow of sealant from the tyre into the syringe can be regulated using the twist valve on the flexible extension. The milKit valves and products are manufactured in Germany from high-quality aluminium and high-tech rubber.

The standard version of the milKit valves has a usable length of 35 mm, which is the correct length for most MTB, gravel and road rims. Only for high-profile rims are the additional lengths of 45, 55 or 75 mm required.

The milKit valve system can be used with most sealant products; however, we recommend using milKit sealant, which has been optimised for use with the milKit system. Replacement valve cores with valve core extensions for opening the rubber flaps are available if required.
