Post Mount caliper standard:

The Post Mount caliper standard, originally developed for MTB disc brakes, is also used on road, gravel and touring bikes. On road, gravel and touring bikes, it is always the Post Mount 65 or Post Mount 6 standard for direct mounting with 140 or 160 mm brake discs.

The bolt spacing for mounting the calipers is 76 mm. Depending on the frame/fork mount, these calipers can be mounted directly. An adapter is required for larger discs and/or IS2000 mounts.
