KMC Chain DLC11

KMC chains feature a very slim design, known as ‘lean construction’. In addition to being lighter, this design offers exceptionally smooth running and fewer chain jams. The Double X-Durability treatment is a process in which all parts of the chain are specially hardened. This treatment makes the pins, in particular, highly resistant to dust and sand and significantly extends the chain’s service life. They are extremely light, incredibly durable and very easy to fit with the MissingLink 11.

KMC’s DLC-series chains (Diamond Like Coating) with titanium carbon nitride coating have an extremely hard surface and therefore reduced friction. The result: smooth running, optimal shifting performance and, due to the extreme hardness of the pins, an above-average service life for the entire drivetrain.

The chain locks, or Missing Links, on the 11-speed chains allow for simple and secure installation. A standard chain tool is required to shorten the KMC chains to the correct length. The new 11-speed Missing Links are reusable.
