KMC X11EL derailleur chain, pre-waxed

KMC chains feature a very slim, lean construction. In addition to being lighter in weight, this design offers exceptionally smooth running and fewer chain jams. They are extremely lightweight and highly durable. The X-shaped design on the outer and inner sides of the outer plate improves shifting performance. KMC BlackTech is not merely a simple coating, but a surface treatment in which the colour becomes an integral part of the material. The process is two-stage – first, each individual chain component is treated, and then the process is repeated with the assembled elements. As a result, the chain retains its deep black colour permanently and is also highly rust-resistant. The chain locks and missing links for the 11-speed chains enable simple and secure assembly. A standard chain tool is required to shorten the KMC chains to the correct length. The new 11-speed missing links are reusable.
