Shimano FC-RS510 chainring
The original chainrings for the Shimano FC-RS510 road bike cranksets also feature the asymmetrical 4-arm 110 mm bolt pattern. The small chainrings for inner mounting are compatible with all Shimano road bike cranksets featuring this bolt pattern. The large chainrings have transitions to the crank arm that vary from model to model and are therefore only compatible with the specific crank set indicated
In principle, with Shimano 11-speed road bike cranksets, all small chainrings (34/36/39 teeth) can be combined with all large chainrings (50/52/53 teeth). We do not recommend the 34/53 combination, as this may lead to
shifting problems. Shimano designates chainrings with MS, MT, MW, etc. If you use two chainrings with the same type designation, you will achieve the best shifting results.
