A single click on the Super Record EPS Ergopower shift levers and the rear derailleur and front derailleur move the chain with a speed and precision that only a Campagnolo electronic groupset can offer. The ergonomics are carried over from the successful electronic shift lever, but now the lever for downshifting is even easier to use in all riding positions. Especially during the final sprint! Thanks to the electronic EPS shifting system, multi-shifting is possible, meaning you can shift up or down through up to 11 sprockets without interruption. Campagnolo EPS compatibility:
The Campagnolo EPS components are designed for frames that allow internal routing of the electronic cables. The cables included in the scope of delivery are sufficient for frame sizes up to 63 cm.
Campagnolo EPS installation:
The EPS rear derailleur, front derailleur, shift levers, interface and Power Unit battery are supplied with the electronic cables. These are sufficient for frame sizes up to 63 cm.
To install the Campagnolo EPS components, a cable is routed from each shifter to the EPS interface unit, from the interface to the Power Unit battery, and from there to the rear derailleur and front derailleur. The battery can be mounted on the bottle cage mount, the chainstay or inside the seatpost tube.
The Campagnolo EPS electronic drivetrain complies with the IP67 international standard. This means the system is capable of protecting its electronic components from dust and the ingress of liquids. To achieve IP67 certification, all electronic components of the EPS system underwent a series of tests which confirmed flawless operation at depths of up to one metre underwater for at least 30 minutes.
