DT Swiss 350 Straightpull Boost Hub
With the 350 Straightpull hubs, DT Swiss offers affordable, high-quality hubs. Straightpull refers to straight, non-offset spokes. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to achieve an ideal balance between weight and stability. The straight-pull spokes allow for very precise alignment and optimised positioning within the wheel, resulting in a stiffer and more responsive wheel. Developed for modern road bikes, the DT Swiss 350 Straightpull hubs are also recommended for lightweight MTB wheels.
For the DT Swiss 350 Disc front hubs, there are new end caps available for conversion to 9x100mm quick-release and 12x100mm thru-axle mounting. A special puller is required to remove the QR15 end caps. You can also commission this conversion from us.
DT Swiss Straightpull:
- Straightpull spoke positioning: Straightpull lacing allows for precise placement and alignment of the spokes. This optimises wheel stiffness and eliminates any unwanted stress peaks.
- Straightpull hub shell: DT Swiss straight pull hub shells require minimal material, allowing them to be constructed to be lightweight yet stable.
- Straightpull lacing pattern: With crossed lacing, the spoke anchoring is designed so that the forces introduced almost cancel each other out. This increases the precision of the bearing race and further extends the service life of the ball bearings.
