Maxxis IKON Tyre

A genuine racing tyre for serious racers. High-volume, fast and with plenty of grip – the IKON delivers exemplary performance across a wide range of terrain, from hard to loose surfaces. On rocks and roots, even when wet, the 3C and eXCeption versions are particularly impressive. For very rough, rocky terrain, the IKON 3C is also available in the EXO-Protection version, which reliably protects the sidewalls with minimal added weight. The IKON is now also available in many TubelessReady versions and in the enduro size 2.35″.

Maxxis EXO Protection

This extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewalls of various MTB tyres. It is very densely woven, lightweight and highly flexible. As a result, the tyres’ performance remains consistently impressive.

Maxxis Tubeless Ready, TR

Tubeless tyres offer many advantages: you can ride with lower air pressure. This provides better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And with no inner tube, the risk of punctures is also reduced. MAXXIS TR tyres are better prepared for fitting with sealant than other Tubeless Ready tyres. The bead of TR tyres is completely covered with a rubber layer, just like a genuine UST tubeless tyre. This means that tubeless fitting on all rims of standard dimensions is successful from the very first inflation and with very little sealant.

Maxxis 3C MAXX SPEED

The fastest 3C compound for XC and some All Mountain / Enduro tyres is designed for minimal rolling resistance thanks to the hard base and fast compound in the centre of the tread, but also offers superior grip in corners with the high-grip compound on the sides, even in wet conditions.
