Uphill under your own steam whilst having a leisurely chat with the lads, downhill in attack mode. That’s exactly what DT Swiss Enduro rims are designed for. Manufactured with the utmost precision from extremely durable aluminium alloys, the E 512 can handle even the most demanding trails.
The DT Swiss E 512 rim has been specially designed for enduro use and, with a 30 mm rim width and 21 mm rim height, offers optimum stability and control on demanding trails. The rim features individual eyelets and a butted rim joint, ensuring high durability. Weighing approx. 525 g (27.5") or 560 g (29"), it remains lightweight despite its robust construction. Tubeless-ready and compatible with clincher and folding tyres, it is suitable for tyre widths from 40 to 76 mm. This rim is the reliable companion for your enduro adventures.
Hooked / Crotchet tubeless TC:
‘Hooked’ or ‘Crotchet’ refers to the shape of the rim flange, which features a so-called hook. This supports the tyre bead and ensures reliable performance, even when using high tyre pressure (> 5 bar). ‘Tubeless’ means that the rim can be ridden without an inner tube, although a setup with an inner tube is also possible.
