DT Swiss 350 NoDisc hub plus DT Swiss 535 rim
The front wheel for 26-inch bikes with rim brakes. The robust DT 535 rims combined with the DT Swiss 350 NoDisc hub result in a durable and stable 26-inch wheel for classic rim brakes. The DT Swiss 350 hubs are designed for classic quick-release mounting with 9x100 mm and 10x135 mm mounting dimensions.
Wheel building at TNC-Hamburg:
We hand-build these wheels exclusively for you. Thanks to over 30 years’ experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in roundness, durability and stiffness from the materials. These wheels are, of course, pressure-tested multiple times, and we also pre-load the spokes in both the radial and lateral directions. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period. We use DT Swiss spokes exclusively. These ensure outstanding durability of the wheels. For enduro use, we recommend brass nipples.
These wheelsets are custom-made for you, so we cannot offer a right of return for them. Please feel free to enquire about other wheel set configurations. We will then provide you with a quote.

DT Swiss 350 No Disc Hubs:
With the 350 hubs, DT Swiss offers affordable, high-quality hubs. From road bike to downhill versions, the 350 hub range is designed for maximum durability. Fitted with high-quality seals and bearings, these are the hubs to choose if you’re looking for long-lasting, low-maintenance wheelsets. The rear hub is equipped with the Ratchet Star ratchet body system
DT Swiss Ratchet Star freehub system:
The Ratchet Star freehub body system works with two sprockets, each with 18 teeth. This ensures loss-free power transmission, extreme durability and virtually no play when pedalling. The freehub bodies can be fitted without tools. Freehub bodies are available for Shimano 8–11-speed MTB cassettes and SRAM 8–10-speed MTB cassettes for the XD system, as well as for SRAM 11+12-speed XG cassettes and the Shimano Micro Spline 12-speed MTB cassette system.
DT Swiss 535 Rim
The affordable 26-inch rim from DT Swiss for rim brakes. With the 535 rim, DT Swiss offers a wide and very robust rim for use in cross-country, all-mountain and e-bike applications. With its clean finish, the DT Swiss 535 rim, measuring 24 mm in width and 189 mm in rim width, allows for the fitting of tyres up to 2.5 inches wide.
DT Swiss Competition Spokes:
These double cold-forged spokes are made from rust-resistant 18/10 chrome-nickel steel with a tapered middle section, ensuring robust yet lightweight wheelsets. We recommend these spokes for virtually all wheelsets. Extremely durable and sufficiently lightweight, DT Competition spokes enable wheel building of the highest standard. Thanks to the tapered middle section, the spokes absorb movement in the wheel exceptionally well, without compromising on lateral stiffness or durability. Weight with brass nipples approx. 7 grams
DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes:
Designed for stable, laterally stiff yet aerodynamic wheels, the DT Swiss Aero Comp spoke is first cold-forged in the middle section, making it lighter and stronger. In a further complex process, it is flat-forged to optimise aerodynamic properties whilst increasing material strength. The DT Aero Comp guarantees a balanced combination of stiffness, aerodynamics and durability.
DT Swiss Squorx Pro Head spoke nipples:
The DT Squorx Pro Head nipple combines ease of installation, light weight and optimum performance in a single product. The Torx head makes lacing flat spokes a breeze. The spherical contact surface ensures perfect alignment with the spoke, whilst the square section allows for easy re-centring using standard tools with the tyre fitted. These features ensure even pressure distribution and long-lasting durability.
