DT Swiss 350 Disc Hub plus Stans ZTR Flow
The extra-sturdy 26-inch rear wheel for enduro, freeride and downhill, featuring the new robust DT Swiss 350Classic J Bend hub and the asymmetrical, lightweight 466-gram Stans Notube ZTR Flow MK4 rim with a 30 mm rim width, recommended for tyres between 2.2 and 2.8 inches wide.
We offer the wheelsets with freehub bodies for Shimano, SRAM XD cassettes or Microspline. The DT Swiss 350 hubs are available as thru-axle, including Boost versions, and as quick-release versions. Optionally with 6-bolt disc or Centerlock brake disc mounts
Stans NoTubes ZTR Flow MK4
Experience gained from successful World Cup DH campaigns, combined with the large 30 mm Stans WideRide rim width, results in outstanding tyre stability when cornering hard at virtually any speed. With the WideRight System introduced by Stans NoTubes, the rim width increases to 30 millimetres – for even better tyre support and full volume development. Inspired by Stans carbon rims, the new rim profile, combined with the new 6069 aluminium alloy, increases lateral stiffness and impact resistance whilst reducing the risk of snake bites. The asymmetrical rim profile ensures even spoke tension and excellent lateral stiffness.
Wheel building at TNC-Hamburg:
We hand-build these wheels exclusively for you. Thanks to over 30 years’ experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in roundness, durability and stiffness from the material. These wheels are, of course, pressure-tested multiple times; we also pre-load the spokes in both the radial and lateral directions. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period of time. We use DT Swiss spokes exclusively. These ensure outstanding durability of the wheelsets. For enduro use, we recommend brass nipples.
These wheels are made to order specifically for you, so we cannot offer a right of return for them. Please feel free to enquire about other wheel configurations. We will then send you a quote.

Hubs: DT Swiss 350 Disc
The new DT 350 Classic hubs feature the new Ratchet SL freehub body system with 36 teeth. With the 350 hubs, DT Swiss offers affordable, high-quality hubs. From road bike to downhill versions, the 350 hub range is designed for maximum durability. Equipped with high-quality seals and bearings, they are the choice if you are looking for hubs for durable, low-maintenance wheelsets. The DT 350 rear hubs are also fitted with DT’s patented Ratchet Star freehub body system. Two toothed discs mesh together to guarantee loss-free power transmission. Thanks to the raised hub flanges, the DT Swiss 350 hubs provide wheelsets with excellent lateral stiffness and durability.
Stans Notubes BST
Notubes’ Bead Socket Technology. This special rim design features a wide rim bed with a low flange for high tyre stability and full tyre volume development. The BST technology helps retain air better in tubeless systems, resulting in less rotating mass and a virtually increased effective rim width compared to competitors. A wide rim also reduces tyre flex in corners and allows the tyre to be ridden at lower pressures. The ZTR rims are fully tubeless-compatible when used with rim tape and a valve.
DT Competition spokes:
The double cold-forged spoke made from rust-resistant 18/10 chrome-nickel steel with a tapered middle section for robust, lightweight wheelsets. We recommend these spokes for virtually all wheelsets. Extremely durable and sufficiently lightweight, DT Competition spokes enable wheel building at the highest level. Thanks to the tapered section, the spokes absorb movements in the wheel exceptionally well, without compromising on lateral stiffness or durability. Weight with nipple approx. 7 grams
DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes:
Designed for stable, laterally stiff yet aerodynamic wheelsets, the DT Swiss Aero Comp spoke in the straight-pull version is first cold-forged in the middle section, making it lighter and stronger. In a further complex process, it is flat-forged to optimise aerodynamic properties whilst simultaneously increasing material strength. The DT Aero Comp guarantees a balanced combination of stiffness, aerodynamics and durability.
DT Swiss Aero Lite spokes:
The DT Swiss Aerolite spoke is flatter and lighter than any other; the DT Swiss Aerolite spoke features an aerodynamic flat profile and is extremely lightweight. Thanks to the 0.9 x 2.3 mm aerodynamic mid-section, this spoke can be fitted to all standard hubs. The Cold Forging Technology (CFT) developed by DT Swiss makes the reduced and forged DT Aerolite the lightest stainless steel spoke and gives it excellent mechanical properties. Particularly suitable for super-light and fast road or cross-country wheelsets. 64 DT Aerolite spokes weigh just an incredible 278 g at a length of 264 mm. Weight per spoke at a length of 264 mm: 4.31 grams
DT Squorx spoke nipples:
The DT Swiss Squorx Pro Head nipple combines ease of installation with light weight thanks to the DT Pro Head shape, combined with an additional Torx and square tool socket. The Torx socket provides a larger contact area during wheel building, ensuring that the force from the tool is better distributed across the nipple. The spherical contact area within the rim guarantees perfect alignment with the spoke.
