The extra-sturdy 27.5-inch wheelset for tough trail to enduro use, featuring robust DT Swiss 350 Classic hubs and DT Swiss H 522, H 552 or H 612 rims with 25, 30 or 35 mm rim widths. The hybrid rims offer maximum stability at an affordable price.

The DT Swiss 350 hubs are available in both thru-axle and quick-release versions. The front hub is also available for Boost and DH thru-axle mounts. For the front hubs, only the QR 15x100 mm hubs are convertible; the rear hubs are available for all standard mounts, including DH 12x15, Boost and Super Boost.

Wheel building at TNC-Hamburg:

We manufacture these wheels entirely by hand for you. Thanks to more than 30 years of experience in wheel building, we extract the optimum in concentricity, durability and stiffness from the material. These wheels are, of course, trued multiple times, and we also pre-load the spokes in the longitudinal direction. This eliminates the need for re-truing over a long period of time.

Hubs: DT Swiss 350 Disc 6-hole hubs

With the 350 hubs, DT Swiss offers affordable, high-quality hubs. From road bike to downhill versions, the 350 hub range is designed for maximum durability. Equipped with high-quality seals and bearings, they are the ideal choice if you are looking for hubs for durable, low-maintenance wheelsets. The DT 350 rear hubs are also fitted with DT’s patented Ratchet Star freehub system. Two toothed discs mesh together to guarantee loss-free power transmission. Thanks to the raised hub flanges, the DT Swiss 350 hubs provide wheelsets with excellent lateral stiffness and durability.

DT Competition spokes:

The double cold-forged spoke made from rust-resistant 18/10 chrome-nickel steel with a tapered middle section for robust, lightweight wheels. We recommend these spokes for virtually all wheels. Extremely durable and sufficiently lightweight, DT Competition spokes enable wheel building at the highest level. Thanks to the tapered middle section, the spokes absorb movements in the wheel exceptionally well, without compromising on lateral stiffness or durability. Weight with nipple approx. 7 grams.

DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes:

Designed for stable, laterally stiff yet aerodynamic wheelsets, the DT Swiss Aero Comp spoke in the straight-pull version is first cold-forged in the middle section, making it lighter and stronger. In a further complex process, it is flat-forged to optimise aerodynamic properties whilst increasing material strength. The DT Aero Comp guarantees a balanced combination of stiffness, aerodynamics and durability.

DT Swiss Hybrid Rims:

Built for tough e-bike, freeride and enduro use, the DT Swiss HX Hybrid rims with a 35 mm internal width offer maximum stability; the rim bed is further reinforced to easily absorb high drive forces. With a 35 mm inner rim width, tyres ranging from 2.2 to 3.0 inches in width can be fitted. Thanks to new, extra-sturdy rim spokes, the DT Swiss Spline rims are ideally designed for upgrading with a tubeless kit

The best rim for riders of plus-sized tyres who want to spend more time on their e-mountain bike and less in the workshop. The H 612, with a 35 mm rim width, supports all modern plus-sized tyre sizes without weighing you down

The DT Swiss rims are equipped with rim flanges adapted for tubeless tape and can be easily upgraded to tubeless rims using DT Swiss tubeless tape

DT Swiss Squorx Pro Head spoke nipples:

The DT Squorx Pro Head nipple combines ease of installation, light weight and top performance in a single product. The Torx head makes lacing flat spokes a breeze. The spherical contact surface ensures perfect alignment with the spoke, whilst the square section allows for easy re-centring with standard tools whilst the tyre is fitted. The washers ensure even pressure distribution and long-lasting durability
