The new Shimano XTR 9250 rear derailleur series is compatible with Shimano Di2 wireless shift levers for MTB, road and gravel bikes, and 12-speed cassettes with a 10-51 tooth range. The CNM9100 chain is recommended. The Shimano 12-speed XTR cassettes are only compatible with the new Micro Spline freehub bodies
