Magura QM 42 Disc Adapter

The Magura QM42 adapter enables the installation of Magura disc brakes with post-mount calipers on forks, suspension forks and frames featuring a post-mount 6 caliper mount and a 203 mm disc.

Magura QM 42 Adapter Compatibility:

• MT7 Disc
• MT6 Disc
• MT5 Disc
• MT4 Disc
• MT2 Disc
• Louise Disc with PM brake caliper
• Marta Disc with PM brake caliper

These adapters are not compatible with the Marta, Clara and older 2006 Louise brakes fitted with IS 2000 calipers. The IS 2000 adapters from Magura are required for this.

Post Mount 6 mount, PM6: Direct mounting of the Post Mount brake caliper with 160mm brake discs without an adapter. Maximum 203mm, minimum 160mm on the fork and 140mm disc size on the frame. Currently the most common standard on forks, and on some frame rear ends.
